So, our baby is 1 and it was a fun, full day!
Thomas is walking everywhere now. However, he is still a little wobbly and has bruises everywhere to show for it. Bright and early on the morning of his birthday he fell and sliced above his eye on a metal picnic bench. He wasn't scheduled to have shots until the next week, but I thought I'd take him in anyway to have the cut looked at, glued up and then get the shots done and over with. Kinda a bummer for a birthday activity, but he took an awesome afternoon nap and then had a blast at his party!
Kaylee's friends heard about Thomas so they brought over a little something to make him happy! (The other balloon had their names all over it...it was so cute, but popped right away) :)
Our neighbors are the very best!!
The girls had a blast shopping for their baby brother and wrapping his presents!
Then we had a fun night with cousins!
Our baby is 1! We are loving every minute with this little man! He is starting to explore and get into everything. So far we've been patient with him and just love watching him learn new things! The girls each have such different relationships with him. They all take care of him in their own way! (as you can see in Kierra's picture below) ;)

He could be twins with Micah at that age -- we have a picture of Micah almost exactly like that when he cut his eyelid on our fireplace right after he learned to walk. :)
Has it already been a year? Why is it that everyone else's kids grow up so fast?
