Lehi Children's Choir

Back in March....on St. Patrick's Day to be exact (thus the attempt at the green, 4 leaf clover pancakes), my brother Dale came for the 3rd year in a row to choreograph the older choir's spring show. This year's show was called "It's Saturday!"

Dale usually comes for an all day Saturday rehearsal and an extended Monday rehearsal to show the kids the choreography for all of the numbers, and then we try to perfect it and get it just the way Dale envisioned it for the shows we perform in May.
(pictures and video from these shows will be posted once I get through March and April) :)

Each year the kids just get better and better and they look forward to having Dale come in! (Kaylee is in the choir too, so that makes it extra fun for us to have Dale here!) It's a tough day of singing and dancing, but they always pull through and we have a ton of fun in the process! Thanks Dale for being so amazing!
We all love you!!

Conference Weekend

Spring Break in Cheyenne, Wyoming landed about the same time as General Conference weekend here in Salt Lake, so our Cheyenne cousins came to play. Most of these pictures are courtesy of Aunt Danette! We really had a great time while they all were here.

On Saturday and Sunday we watched General Conference while doing puzzles and being with family from Wyoming and Heber City.

With everyone together we decided to celebrate Boston and Taylor's 9th birthday! Boston had already opened his presents back home, but we did a little scavenger hunt for Taylor to get her presents and then we had cake and ice cream. These two are 4 days apart and have been lucky enough to celebrate quite a few of their birthdays together! :)

The weather was beautiful so the kids spent a ton of time in the yard:

And at a neighborhood park:

And then on one of the days we went with our Cheyenne cousins and Grandma and Grandpa Gardner for some fun at Temple Square:

While running some stuff back to the van, Grandpa Gardner ran into some familiar faces!
My sister and her family were passing through for the day so it was fun to see them for a few minutes! :)

We loved our time with cousins and Grandma and Grandpa!

Pretty good lookin' group! :) We had such a great time! Can't wait to do it again soon!
